Storm Water Management Program Plan (SWMP)  

​The following matter is the subject of this public notice by the Hamilton County Storm Water District (HCSWD). The complete public notice, including any additional instruction for submitting comments or requesting information may be obtained at: http://www.hcswd.org/SWMP-Comment or Hamilton County Storm Water District, Todd B. Portune Center for County Government, 138 E Court Street, Room 700, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Ph: 513-946-4250. The HCSWD is posting its Storm Water Management Program Plan for public comment from January 3, 2022, through January 31, 2022. This plan, subject to revision, will guide the Hamilton County Storm Water District in meeting all Ohio EPA NPDES General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) requirements for this permit cycle (2021-2026). Written comments will be received through close of business on January 31st, 2022. Comments may be mailed to the address above. All comments should reference the Hamilton County Storm Water District Storm Water Management Program Plan.
